  1. How to Save a Query?
  • To save a query, execute it first. Following the query run, you will find a "Star" button located in the top right corner next to the results.
  1. How to Access Previously Saved Queries?
  • View previously saved queries by clicking the "Saved Queries" button at the top right corner of the page. This button is recognizable by a clock surrounded by an arrow, indicating past queries.
  1. Why Are There Three Different Query Languages?
  • The inclusion of three distinct query languages (SQL, PRQL, and Prompt) within our system is intentional and designed to cater to diverse user preferences for ease of use. SQL is tailored for experienced professionals, offering precision and efficiency in executing complex queries. PRQL focuses on accessibility and intuitiveness, making it ideal for users with limited SQL knowledge. The Prompt option allows users to express queries in natural language, providing a user-friendly interface for those less acquainted with formal query languages. This variety ensures that users, regardless of their expertise, can interact with our data processing system in a way that aligns with their preferences, enhancing overall usability.
  1. How to Use the Prompt Option for Querying?
  • The Prompt option in the Query app utilizes natural language and ChatGPT for extracting desired data easily. It is important to note that ChatGPT does not have access to portal information and is solely used for generating the query corresponding to the prompt.
  1. How to Run a UseCase?
  • Access the UseCase App from the left column, choose or search for your preferred UseCase, click the three-dotted button in the right corner, and conclude by selecting "Run now".
  1. How to Save a Pane?
  • After running a query, the information is displayed in a table format under the Query formulator. Find the "Visualize" section next to the Table, select the desired graph type, program the axes, and save the Pane using the three-dotted button in the right corner above the pane.
  1. How to Save Bricks and Flows?
  • Exercise caution when saving Bricks and Flows to avoid losing progress. Saving a specific flow and Bricks is a separate process, so ensure to save both.
  1. How to Save Data Within Tables?
  • Save data within Tables through Bricks. Go to the Brick Management section in the settings app, create a Brick with the desired configuration and data, and save it.
