Team

Teams Hub

To access and navigate the portal, users must be part of a team. Teams are assigned by the organization, facilitating collaboration with other members.

Overview

A. This section provides an overview of all teams the user belongs to, along with associated members and applications.

B. Selecting a specific team displays detailed information about its members, including their name, role, email address, and last login time. Pending invitations are listed below the team details.

C. By selecting the three-dot menu next to a team member’s name, the user can modify the member’s role or remove them from the team.


Create a New Team

To create an additional team, the following steps can be followed:

  1. Select the New Team button located at the top-right corner of the page.
  2. A pop-up window will appear, allowing the following configurations:
    • Assign a name to the team.
    • Add applications for the team, such as Brick Management, Raven Portal, Crawl, Views, Alerts, Cases, Playbooks, and others.

Invite Users

To add users to a team, the following process can be followed:

  1. Click the Invite User button located at the top-right corner of the team pane.
  2. Enter the email address of the user to be invited and assign a role.
  3. Select Send Invite.

Note: Invited users should allow up to 15 minutes for the invitation email to arrive. If the email is not received within this timeframe, it is recommended to check the spam or junk folder.


Switch Teams

For users belonging to multiple teams, switching between them can be done by:

  • Clicking the Switch Team button located at the top-right corner of the team pane.

Leave a Team

To leave a team, the user can select the Leave button located at the top-right corner of the team pane.


Edit Teams

Teams can be modified by selecting a specific team and clicking the Edit button located at the top-right corner of the pane. The following options are available:

  • Edit the team’s name.
  • Add or remove applications, such as Brick Management, Raven Portal, Crawl, Views, Alerts, Cases, Playbooks, and others.
