Account

Within the Account settings page, the user can update or interact with different information, which includes 3 different tabs:

Not all users have the ability to modify account aspects. This will depend on the assigned role.

  • Basic Information
  • Password
  • 2FA

Basic Information

Users can view and manage key profile details in this section:

  • Full Name: You can update your full name here. This name will be used across the platform for identification purposes and may be visible to other team members.
  • Email: Your email address is displayed here for reference only and cannot be edited. It serves as a unique identifier for your account and is used for login and notifications.
  • Team Role: This indicates your role within the team. Depending on your role, you may have access to different features and permissions.
  • Avatar: Your avatar image is automatically generated based on your email address. It is used to visually represent your account across the platform.

To save changes made, simply press the Save button within each designated tab.

Password

Inside this section the user will be able to change their current password.

Follow these steps for successfully changing your password:

  1. Fill in your current password.

  2. Create a new password.

    The password should be a minimum of 8 characters long.

    The password should contain a number, a letter, a capital letter, and a special character.

  3. Repeat new password.

  4. Press the save button to make sure changes are kept.

Two Factor Authentication(2FA)

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) serves as a crucial security measure for protecting both your personal and business assets. In simpler terms, it is a method to confirm the user's identity using an additional layer of authentication, beyond just a password. Various software options are available for implementing 2FA like:

Follow these steps to set up 2FA:

  1. Install a 2FA Authenticator app such as Authy or Google Authenticator on your device.
  2. Scan the provided QR code or enter the set-up key provided.
